Former MEGADETH Members To Perform With Tribute Band

October 26, 2004

Former MEGADETH members Chris Poland (guitar) and David Ellefson (bass) will be performing a MEGADETH song live with the MEGADETH tribute band HANGAR 18 on November 18 at The Gig in Hollywood, CA. Also appearing on the bill will be Poland's band OHM and Ellefson's new group F5.

Described as "the premier tribute to the renowned speed metal titans MEGADETH," HANGAR 18 cover material from MEGADETH's early days until the band's peak during the "Countdown to Extinction" era. The current set encompasses hits of MEGADETH as well as the fan favorites. As stated at every show, "We pay tribute to the drug-induced MEGADETH because that is the very best music ever created by the band."
